Hy-dra is plant based, vegan friendly, gluten free, nut free & dairy free. The only potential allergen in Hy-dra is a small amount of Sulphur Dioxide, a common ingredient in food and drinks to which some people have an intolerance.

We always recommend talking with your doctor first, as nutritional needs can vary when breastfeeding or expecting.

The formulation and dosage of Hy-dra are designed for females aged 16+, which is why we wouldn't recommend it for children.

It is best to store Hy-dra in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.

We have formulated Hydra to be the optimum daily hydration and we would recommend consuming only once a day.

There is a small risk that taking more than one daily serving may interfere with electrolyte levels (such as sodium and potassium) and this should be avoided for people taking existing medications or with pre-existing conditions, as this may create additional sensitivity.

If you are taking any medications or have any health concerns please consult with your doctor, before taking Hydra.

Yes, you can mix Hy-dra with other liquids, such as smoothies, but we recommend dissolving 1 sachet in 250ml of water for best results.

Mixing Hy-dra with other types of liquids may affect the taste and nutritional value of the product, which is why we recommend following the instructions on the packaging.

Hy-dra is a product that we've developed to be as natural as possible, avoiding the use of unnecessary additives. Due to the bitter taste of some of the ingredients with high anti-oxidant properties, Hy-dra is sweetened with a small amout of Sucralose (a low calorie sweetener) in order to make the taste more palatable.

The 'best before' date can typically be found on the back of the packaging, near the nutritional information. It is recommended to check the packaging for the 'best before' date before consuming the product.

Hy-dra has been designed as a daily health supplement and there is no limit to the length of time it can be taken continuously.

The formulation and dosage of Hy-dra are designed for females aged 16+, but it can also be taken by men.

Dissolve 1 sachet per day in 250ml of water prior to consumption. Stir well to ensure the powder is fully dissolved.
